This Phase II sized 5-string active soapbar set delivers a Hi-Fi tone and monster attack. The ASB2 is similar to our original ASB soapbar pickups but with some extra fire inside. There is an overall hi-fi tone and the response gives you razor sharp detail in the lowest of lows and highest of highs. Every note is precise and super tight, which is paramount to intricate playing styles, or when using overdrive or gain in your signal chain. The internal split-blade design underneath the cover to allow for the best string-to-string balance of any soapbar.

Many players combine the ASB2 pickups with our 2 or 3 band EQ Tone Circuit preamps to add sophisticated EQ sculpting. Battery life is approximately 1,000 continuous hours per set and we include all necessary mounting and wiring hardware. So please do not be concerned if you see that.
