Seymour Duncan Antiquity II The 60's Jet For Jaguar Set. The Antiquity II Jet For Jaguar bridge uses calibrated alnico 5 rod magnets and a custom coil wind for a focused 60s surf tone that is bright and jangly. The mid-60s Jaguar was an important part of the Surf sound for dozens of Southern California bands, and was heard on countless TV and movie soundtracks.

Our custom Antiquity aging process adds a sweetness to this pickups top end, while retaining its bright, chimey focus, even if you are playing through a wash of reverb. The Antiquity II Jet For Jaguar uses calibrated alnico 5 rod magnets and a custom coil wind to give you a bright, focused 60s Surf tone.

Hand built in our Custom Shop, these pickups us hand ground alnico 5 rod magnets, a custom coil wind with heavy formvar mag wire, vintage-correct bottom gray flatwork, cloth push-back lead wire, and they are all lacquered and wax potted like the originals. The mid-'60s Jaguar® was an important part of the surf sound for dozens of Southern California bands and was heard on many TV and movie soundtracks. Top going (neck), top coming (bridge). So please do not be concerned if you see that.
