Japan Vintage Lawsuit EB Bass Guitar Neck with Tuners Project MIJ

Measures just under 22 from the heel to where the fingerboard ends/nut starts. Player's grade condition, numerous dings, knicks and chips on headstock etc - neck appears to have been spraypainted black, frets show tarnish but plenty of life left. Screw holes on face of headstock indicate some type of name plate being affixed at some point. This is a project neck. Neck is straight and truss rod turns.

Unsure of who made this, or what body it was mated to. Heel appears to show altered holes suggesting it was on two different bodies.
