When you receive the guitar, if you meet some problems like readjustment the strings or you are not happy with our guitar, please contact me.

We will place a foam box and foam filler to prevent damage to the guitar, but if the guitar is still broken in transit, please contact me. If the item you received is broken or defective, please contact me immediately and return it within 3 days after you received it with the original or approved packaging.
