FENDER CLASSIC 60s JAZZ BASS NECK & TUNERS 1960-1962 Pre-CBS Reissue 1961 61 62

Fender Classic Series 60s Jazz Bass Neck w/ Tuners & Tree. Really awesome playing pre-CBS reissue J Bass neck in nice condition. Ive had several of these necks/basses and this neck is hands down the best of the bunch.

It just has a great profile and feels fantastic. Its very straight, the truss rod works good, and the fretwork is as good as (or even better than) most American Fender necks. Fender changed the fretboards on these necks from rosewood to pau ferro a couple years ago, but this is is an older one I believe 2008? # and it has a rosewood board...

And its a beautiful dark piece of rosewood too! The nut is the standard Jazz width at 1.5. Only minor wear and lots of life in them. And theyre the small vintage size as the real pre-CBS necks had. I have tested this neck personally and I was able to get very nice low action all across the board with no fretting out or buzzy notes anywhere.
