Has a B with profile, between A and C. The nut width is 1 5/8 at the nut. Overall, this is a very clean neck and is straight. The truss rod turns well and straightens the neck, but still leaves a little relief with normal string tension even when it's tightened all the way. To me, this is normal, but I want to mention it for full disclosure.
If you were to make this neck straighter, you could clamp it into a slight backbow and "lock" it into place with the truss rod nut. Dan Erlewine does it on a few StewMac videos on youtube and Ive done it with many guitars and basses with success. I didn't do it to this neck. The frets have very little wear. It looks as though the neck was touched up a little with a dark color on the treble edge near the lower frets. Not sure, because you can't feel it with your fingers, other than being rounded. The nut is in great shape. Two of the tuners have slightly bent shafts and they are harder to turn but still work fine. Other than all those things mentioned and pictured, this neck is in fantastic condition and barely shows and playwear. The original finish and logo are in excellent condition. Neckplate and screws come with it!!!
