Fender Roscoe Beck Bass IV 3-Color Sunburst 2005 Perfect Drop D tuner

Perfect condition with no scratches dents dings or distracting marks. This is a flawless 2005 model.

I played out with this bass once at a festival. After the one show it was generally stored in the closet and not played. It is in new condition and has no buckle rash either. Greg Koch is a good friend of mine and he often plays with Roscoe Beck.

SZ indicating Signature series, and then 6 digits follow. First digit is the year of manufacture 5. Bass, introduced in 2004, closely resembled its five-string predecessor in most respects, with the addition of a drop-D tuner on the E string. Roscoe Beck IV model is made by Fender and it comes in the shape of a vintage Jazz Bass with 4-string construction. This four-stringed bass is rich with tone and sustain.

It`s body is solid, double-cut and made of alder, Fender`s favorite body wood. On the top of the body, there is a vintage-styled bridge with four saddles and nickel plating.

Two humbucking pickups are installed in the front. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it features the extended 22-fret maple fingerboard on the top.
