I have not seen any of these Fender bass bridges with fine tuners anywhere. I lost one of the tuner screws and searched for three years to find one.

I bought one, as you can see from the picture it is gold not chrome like the others. Best I could do as this is extremely rare bridge. It was definitely not made in the USA Custom Shop.

It is however very rare and unique bass. The Fender serial number indicates in was made in Korea or Japan in 1993.

It is as solid and well made as any USA Precision I have played. It appears that the EMG's were installed after factory.

Under the pick guard it has a sticker for Precision Guitar, a custom shop in Phoenix in the 80's and 90's. It has Schaller tuners made for Fender. This bass is so solid and plays so great, if you are a P player you will freak out with the quality of this bass.

Probably was a custom project at one of the Asian factories back in the day. I promised my wife I would sell some things.
