Because the JA utilizes Alnico V magnets coupled with short, squat coils, the tone is endowed with openness and warmth for a more vintage tone, all with less noise and more signal. We have no doubt that the new JA, with its natural presence, powerful lows, expansive midrange, and superior definition, will be as successful as its predecessor.
